The (SMD) Surface Mount with Drain style drip trays is designed to mount to the top of any suitable surface with a drain hole drilled through.
Trays are secured to the surface using supplied hardware. Drip Trays are made of 18 ga. Stainless Steel in #4 brushed Finish.
The corners and seams are welded and ground to a brushed finish. All exposed edges are deburred smooth for safety and appearances. Each tray is available with a standard 18 ga. perforated screen or a custom 20 ga. louvered screen. Drain tubes are 5/8-18 x 3" brass and secured to welded female drain fitting.

Pedestals come in 3" diameter. The flanges on the pedestals are welded to the tubing thus eliminating dirt catches and producing a smooth seamless joint. The flanges are press formed from a single piece of material and have 4 countersunk holes for mounting. We supply the metal housing for that the beer lines go into. We do not include or sell taps or beer lines. We supply the suppliers of the Beer and Restaurant Industry with the finest stainless steel metal products since 1959.
