This tool worked great to solve an awkward problem by grabbing that secondary firmly and safely.
This was probably the best on-line shopping experience I've ever had; The product arrived a day ahead of schedule, well packaged, and in perfect condition. Construction is solid and looks good. The removable front and top panels make it very easy to attach fittings & lines.
The neoprene column insulator is nice, but the box only has modest sheets of styrofoam insulation around the sides. They need to be cut to add your shanks & lines. Would be nice if pre-cut neoprene was in the box like the column.
Hello, Thank you for the kind review! We would love to do that. Unfortunately the neoprene does not come in sheet form, only in the tube form which fits in the column of our towers.

Exactly what I was looking for
Great product, made well, it is exactly as expected. My only complaint is my growlers do not fit between the tap and the tray I have to hold them the whole time they are filling but I din't check that measurement so that's my bad. The customer service is great! I originally ordered the drain on the right but I wouldn't get it in time (I was late on ordering), they worked with me to figure out what they had that worked for me and would be there in time for our opening. It arrived quickly with no issues.
This tool was nicely made and made the job of holding the clutch while torquing the bolt a very easy task

this is on of the best trip tray I have ever installed, most are flat bottom and will not drain, also the job they did packing is the best I have seen to prevent damage. may have cost a little more and shipping a little higher but well worth the difference. not a cheap import. keep up the good work.
In a time when stainless steel products, even for commercial use, are getting thinner and shoddier, this one impresses by being of “old school” quality.
Just used the removal tool I just purchased to help get the secondary clutch off. It worked as advertised. It was good for both removal of the secondary clutch, and also for when it was put back in. It was good for holding the clutch while torqueing nut to spec. Good tool. It would be nice if they also came up with a tool for the primary clutch, but a small crow bar worked well.
